  • NON DAIRY CREAMERS used in hot beverages such as instant coffee, black tea, milk tea, cereal, seasoning & soup. It improve the color of coffee and tea, make the taste flavor smoothness

  • DRY GLUCOSE SYRUP obtained by dehydration, by spray process of a glucose syrup. The dry glucose syrup taste is lightly sweet, colour white; the solubility in cold and warm water is very good.

Joint Stock Company FRUSELA is part of LAVISOS group – leading food raw material supplyer in Baltic states. Factory in Kupiskis, Lithuania located near Latvian-Lithuanian border, well equiped with production, laboratory and logistic (including railway terminal) means to produce and dispatch wide range on sugar syrups, coffee creamers and dry glucose syrup. Started with sugar syrups production in year 2000, factory team gradualy created production of various range of coffee creamers and dry glucose syrup starting from 2007. Today we have PROFESIONAL and FLEXIBLE Team, Production Line and Supply Chain. Relatively small production allows us to respond to Customers needs allmost immediately.

NON DAIRY CREAMER

It is white or creamy spray dried powder with excellent free flowing and blending properties. It is designed for rapid direct dispersion into hot beverages such as coffee, black tea, milk tea, cereal, seasoning & soup. Creamer improves the color of coffee and tea and also makes the smoothness taste. Non-dairy coffee creamers can be palm, coconut or palm kernel oil-based.

Hot drinks: coffe, milk tea, cocoa drinks.

  • coffee: to modify color of coffee by its excellent whitening powder and make coffee softer; to restrain bitterness of coffee; to add a smooth, rich sense to coffee; to make coffee more appealing; uses in both coffee and cappuccino;
  • milk tea: to add a smooth, rich and natural creamy taste to tea without artificial essence; to restrain bitterness of tea and cover possible odd taste; to modify color of tea to make it glitter;
  • cocoa drinks: make a dominant natural creamy taste, texture fuller.
  Cereal, oatmeal: make cereal smoother and improve its sence; increase creamy sense and make cereal taste more delicious; provide vegetable oil and milk protein for products to add nutrition;

 
Soup and seasoning: whiten soup and increase its thickness; improve soup sense and make it more delicious; decrease costs of products in some extent;    Baking: improve texture of baking products; provide better flavor to baking; improve physical property of paste and make it more operable; avoid aging of baking and prolong its shelf life;

DRIED GLUCOSE SYRUP

 

 

 

Multistage spray dryer allows us convert glucose syrup into dry glucose. Dried glucose syrups are carbohydrate powder produced from wheat or corn starch using process of dehydration, spraying syrup inside of the dryer.

 

Most important characteristics:

white, odorless, slightly hygroscopic powder; quickly dissolve in water or in any other solution.

 

Applications:

Bakery products, confectionery, baby food, beverages, frozen foods, spices, dairy industry: ice-creams, whipped creamer, meat products, cereal bars, food for athletes and other.

SUGAR SYRUPS AND SYRUP FOR BEES FEEDING

 

 

 

Syrup Bite 2 is for feeding bees. The product uses sugar syrup and glucose-fructose syrup mixed in certain proportions. Thanks to the preserved sugar proportions, the syrup does not crystallize. The optimum amount of dry matter has been selected, so the syrup need not be diluted and hardened. This composition allows bees to use syrup residues in the spring.

 

Color: yellowish, with no foreign impurities, viscous liquid.

 

Taste, smell: characteristic of syrup, with no foreign smells and spices.

 

The syrup is made from sugar and water. Sugar is made from sugar beet and / or sugar cane. Glucose-fructose syrup is made from wheat and / or maize by enzymatic fermentation.
